Now get this, lol.

Today, on top of what I posted earlier that I did, I have some more things to add.

I mowed the back yard ( half acre ) and did my Bellydancing workout.

I FEEL GREAT!!!

I hope that this keeps up for me!!!

I miss the belly dancing. it hurt my hip with all that movement. I have tight laterals.

today i went fr another bike ride with the kids and did a huge hill. I was huffing so hard my cheast hurt. boy i think i will do that again tomorow!!!

Been moving my butt ++ the past couple of days. I've been riding my exercise bike as well as going out for my usual walks. My legs are sore but in a good way!

My butt has been moving all this week except for yesterday. I had a app with DH so missed the exercise!! but back with a vegence today!

I kicked some serious exercise butt today. I had a terrible 'fat' moment yesterday involving the sound of my belly whacking my upper thighs and it inspired me to set a new exercise program.

June 17 - 30 minutes exercise bike, 45 minutes walking, 15 minutes weight training, 5 minutes abdominal toning exercises, 5 minutes stretching

I've been slacking on my morning workouts. I am just annoyed with Richard lately.. can't really put my finger on it lol

I have been playing alot of disc golf though... well trying anyway.. it seems as if everytime I throw the frisbee I have to immediatly pull up my panties Well I should take it as a good sign, my belly may not be shrinking as fast as I would like it too, but my butt has lost about a bun

two days in a row.. i walked 2.5 miles
that gave me 3 earned exercise points each day
