Also, get blood work done to check your hormonal levels, and an ob-gyn to rule out any "female problems". Abdominal bloating could actually be related to gynocological problems.

Default Crohn's Disease

I have Crohn's Disease. I am 24 and was diagnosed at the age of 22. It was a shock. I had a lot of the same symptoms--but nausea, upset stomach, etc. With medication, it is pretty controlled. Everyone thought it was IBS or something similar at first as well.

This does make dieting easier sometimes. My Crohn's is much better when I eat right--grilled chicken, baked chicken, pork, salads, etc. So, it is an incentive to eat better--controlled Crohn's and better eating!!
