I HATE exercising too. After losing 15 pounds and the scale not moving, this month I finally did it. I am starting slow -- we bought a Wii Fit! It's fun and keeps me moving at least 5 days a week.
Ooooh! I love the WiiFit. Know what's depressing, though? Being too fat to use the WiiFit. I did find a workaround though that I can get on it without it yelling at me with the obvious.
I need to start doing that more. Thanks for the reminder, Jenn.
