Hi Tarryn,
After reviewing your daily menu, it looks like you are not eating enough. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need to eat a breakfast high in protein to prevent hypo-glycemia (low blood sugar). You also need it to keep your metabolism going, when you don't eat breakfast your body uses your stored energy, and tells your body to store more fat. If your body feels it is not getting enough it goes into starvation mode and stores whatever food you eat into your fat cells. That is why it is best to eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. I understand you are not a breakfast person, neither am I, but it is something we have to do. This is a learning experience for everyone, there are lots of things we will learn from eachother as well as support. I am very happy I found this site.

You are doing great!!

tarryn -- I'm glad to hear you're in a better mood today. It IS amazing how things anonymous people say to us on the internet can affect us so much!

BTW, how are you feeling today? Any better? Sometimes this is trial and error as you figure out what works for you, for now. Sometimes what works changes, too!
