Default

1. increasing my veggies and fruits.
2. increasing exercise EVERY DAY: hand-weights, leg lifts, upper body aerobics, and walking.
3. drink water and have soup more often.
4. replaced desserts with healthier versions like jello, pudding, apple crisps, and yogurts.
5. added more fiber and lean protein.
6. portion control; no second helpings.
7. avoiding fast foods and junkies: have cut way down, but still room for improvement on the munchies side.

Hmm
I have
-increased fresh fruit and veggies in my diet
-lowered fat, especially "bad" fats
-reduced bingeing by a lot (2 "accidental" binges in 2 months, vs 2 or 3 times a week)
-reduced evening snacking
-increased fluids overall, including more water
still to come in the new year:
-regular exercise, even when on call
-keeping track of what I'm eating and starting to notice calories, so I can get to the next step: reducing calories!
