I tend to move mine down whenever my weight goes down to below .5 of a pound. For example, im at exactly 127 now and as soon as it's 126.5 or below, i'll move my ticker to 126... naughty of me but i dont care!!

Mine gets moved every Monday, whether up or down. In theory this helps me be on plan on the weekend. I'm used to the fluctuations and they don't frustrate me nearly as much as they used to.

I think being honest with yourself is a good idea, I hate moving my ticker up, but I'm going to.
