My biggest problem is finding the time to do it. When I get home after work late in the evening, I'm tired and have to absolutely force myself to do it. So, I make 4 times a week for a half hour my goal, but I'll settle for 3. By lowering my expectations (i.e. instead of an hour five times a week), I actually do something. If I were to set too high of a goal, I wouldn't do it at all. When vacations (from school) roll around, I hope to up my time and frequency. Also, I could always up it if I hit a plateau and need the extra boost.
