Hi all!
Just wanted to check-in. I managed to maintain my weight over the weekend and only had a few screw ups.

At least I didn't gain...
Fri: stayed OP with diet, rest day for exercise
Sat: only 1 food slip (gf brought over mini-muffins), ran 4 miles, and had 3 glasses of wine (I swear I'm going cold turkey for the next 2 weeks!)
Sun: Back OP with diet, light stretching/yoga
Ilene: I couldn't resist the sinister whispers from the wine bottle!

I hope you were able to remain strong.
