Around two weeks before mine, I start to level off. No weight gain. THe week before I start to put on weight. It all depends on what I eat, I guess cause I can gain anywhere from 1 pound to 6 pounds. It all comes back off, but if I stick to my guns during this time (and the actual flow time). I will not just lose that weight but more. THat is hard to do sometimes, being more tired and not wanting to exercise, but also --- the cravings!!!

So I keep my fingers crossed to break even when tom is over.
