Default Hi everyone!

Debbie-
I can relate to what you posted about not knowing your weight. My scale only went to 300 and I knew I weighed more than that but ERROR?? I dont know if I would have laughed or cried if I saw that. You have a good sense of humor! What I decided to do when I started losing weight was go to a local grocery store that has a pharmacy section. They have a free blood pressure machine and a scale that costs a quarter to use. I decided to try it and I weighed 313! (5'8 tall) I could not believe it. I have been going by that scale since then. I know it's correct because when I go to the doctor their scale is only a pound or two off "my" scale at the store. I just use it when nobody else is nearby to see my weight.
Now I am at 266 (47 pounds gone!!) And I have quite a way to go but I will get there and so will you! Hopefully you can find a place to weigh in at and you will KNOW your numbers and not have to guess anymore.
Best wishes!!

Talking The big ERROR

Thanks for your reply! It IS kind of funny to know I weight ERROR, isn't it. Hahahaha! I've been doing good on program, though I had a rough weekend. I can feel the difference in my clothes and my face isn't as bloated, so there is SOME progress, at least. I'm still not 330! I was thinking of going and getting weighed, but I am so determined to see the 330 that dieting blind like I am and wanting to see that 330 appear is really quite motivating, if that makes sense.

It's been hard getting out and walking and exercising, but I'm keeping the faith on that, too.

While I wish this 300 board was more active, I still plan to be a regular here and, in a way, I'm glad it's not more active. Means not as many people are struggling on this level and so maybe not as many people are having the same struggle. That's a good thing. No one should be faced with the big ERROR!

Default It's me again!

Debbie,
I see you aren't as "anal" as I am LOL!! I had to know EXACTLY how much I weighed when I started losing weight. I guess I am very numbers oriented or something. I dont even trust other scales unless it's confirmed on mine. I am glad you are already seeing the results of your efforts. Every positive thing you can do will pay off! take care!

PS-Feel free to join us if you haven't already to the 100 pounds club heading. We have a pretty active group over there. Not everyone is on WW like the WW100 area though. Some do low carb, some count calories, but we all are or were atleast 100 over our ideal weight! just scroll further down the message board from ww 100 and you will find us!!
