I like the one Foucault posted. I am going to check that out tomorrow on my lunch break. I have been weighing myself in the bathroom at work. Everyone knows I'm heavy (I joke around that i'm a "fat kid") but i think it's worse to have them see that I'm weighing myself. Ha-ha. I need to get one for the house.

I have a regular scale at home, not a digital. In the instructions, it will tell you that you need to calibrate the scale, which consists of getting on then off, resetting to zero, and then doing it again. Then you will get your true weight!

The batteries in my scale are dead - and that's actually a good thing for me. Because I used to weigh myself every day before, and now I only do it once a week at my gym, which makes me way happier - it's more fun to see you've lost 1 kg (2 lbs) once a week than 0.15 kg every day.
