You don't need to change anything. Just keep doing what you're doing and eventually the scale will shift. Weight loss is a capricious thing and we have to learn to be a little bit patient. (But adding in more exercise is almost never a bad thing.)

Irish- Hey girl, the same thing happened to me too. I stayed away from the scale for that week. I also didn't do my vigorous exercise and did some walking. Kept my calories normal. The next week I was at 199.8
It will happen. Don't let this stress you out.

I've heard people talk about zig zagging calories to break a plateau. I've never done it myself but may try it if I need a boast. Basically eat a different amount of calories each day but make sure they average your calorie goal at the end of the week. So eat high some days and low some days. Maybe worth a try? Someone else might actually have tried it before.

Unless you have been stuck for over 1 month I would not consider that a Plateau.

As for any "Cleansing" - that is not real fat or weight loss so what is the point.

it cleanses out the stuff that makes your fat "stick" in your body so you are more capable of losing weight it also helps clean out the stuff stuck in your intestines. I have done lots of research on it....its basically a large dose of fibre I am taking

hey i realise this has pretty much already been answered but i had this exact problem. i lost 40lbs then when i got to 200 i got stuck, i was going nowhere. i think i lost all effort at that point. but i wish i hadnt, because i took a break, lost some more, took a break and im still here. if i had kept going, then by now i would be well on my way to perfect weight size. BUT not dwelling to much, i think it has alot to do with routine, your body getting used to food, exercise and portion size and meal times. well it was with me, so shaking things up a bit, trying new ideas, new foods, meals, or cutting somthing like carbs down ina diet can really help. this week i have been cutting carbs and it is reallly helping, i dont feel so bloated its great.
so keep with it dont give up, just keep that determinism.

Our bodies have a tendency to "sit" where they are comfortable - most likely a weight that you spent a lot of time at. In the past I always got stuck at 186. Just couldn't break it. Just drink lots of water and stay off the scale for a few days. You're body will soon realize you mean business and in a few days you'll get off the scale with a huge smile!

Yep 200 is a terrible #. I've been bouncing around it too for several months. Up down up down. Yesterday I was a 195 then today 198? HUH???? Scale gods are messing with me. I was very very low in calories this weekend so I expected to force the scale a bit, it did then today it pushed right back LOL. I will win this struggle. And so will you. Sending the whoosh fairy to you.
