Lil'Sunshine:

It looks as though we were posting at the same time. I sure hope that with whatever your baby has, she'll be better in no time! It sure helps to have her content thru most of this! Try & get some rest, okay? Well, now I'm really getting hungry, so I will make my final Good Bye for the day.

Thanks Jackie, The baby is doing better today. She has a rash but it doesn't seem to bother her. Things around here are going good. It's been beautiful weather here. I've slacked off on my dieting though. My DH measured my height for me tonight and it turns out I'm 5'4". My current weight is 130. Fitday says I'm at my healthy weight. I still feel the need to get to 125. But I'm really having some trouble coming up with a new plan, the low cal is very good and I still want to work it in but I need a new approach. Here's the problem, I'm very busy as we all are. Through the day I neglect myself and focus on everyone elses needs. What it boils down too is this. By the time I get a minute to feed myself, I'm starved. So I grab the quickest thing possible, chips high cal junk food. I can't really eat what I fix for the family because they eat alot of high cal stuff too. And I don't have time to prepare myself a special meal. Anyone has a suggestion I'm listening. Nighty Nite girls!

Good evening ladies. I'm posting late tonight. It was such a beautiful day that we all went fishing and then to my parents to visit. I also discovered something great. You know those totino's pizzas?? Well a serving is half the pizza and has only 380 calories!! So needless to say that's what I had for lunch today. I ended my day at 1100 calories. More than usual for me but I splurged at breakfast this morning.
Misti, I wish I had some great advice for you. But it seems the closer one gets to her goal the harder it is. I'm 9 lbs away from 125 and it is getting harder to get the weight off. It has slowed way down. I can imagine that when you are only 5 lbs away from your goal it could be stressful. Have you thought about buying some healthy choice, lean cuisine, etc. meals? They are great when you are just trying to grab food. Just pop it in the microwave and your done and it's low cal and low fat. You can even but some Smart Ones desserts to eat when you get a sweet tooth and maybe instead of chips by some of those rice puff chips. They have a variety of flavors and don't taste bad. Just a few ideas. I keep a supply of healthy choice meals on hand. I don't eat them as much as I use to. I am learning to make low cal meals the whole family will like. It's working so far. You can also buy a big bag of salad to have too. There are hardly any calories in it (15 per 1 1/2 cups) so you can have a huge bowl if you like. It is filling too. Well that's all I can think of tonight. Glad to hear your baby is better. My little girl had a rash under her arm that I'm curious about. It doesn't bother her at all but it bother's me. I guess I need to make an appointment with their doctor tomorrow for them both. I'll feel better anyway.
Well like I said it's late here and I'm exhausted. I didn't sleep to well last night and my DH is working all night tonight so I probably won't sleep great tonight either. But such is life. talk to you tomorrow!!
