well i've been browsing for a while, and thought i'd join for the extra motivation. I'd love to lose at least 14lbs by christmas.

To day is the first day for teh rest of my life.Very amazing line,this line the words really impressed me.Any way this is the start of holidays you should accept the request of your kid.You may start dieting program in the middle of the holidays.
