My daughter goes thru the same thing. She has been drinking this milk since she was little. We found out about the problems with milk when she was nursing. If she didn't cry after last feeding she was good for the night if she did she was up all night. We found out it depended if I drank milk or not.

I guess if you feel ok and are eating the right things with exercise, it should be ok

No, not always. There are plenty of people who feel fine for a few months, and think that everything is okay. Sometimes it takes months for the effects of an ill diet to show themselves-such as the hair loss, medical issues, etc.
