I am doing well..I have lost 23 pds but skipped December and November all together when it came to dieting..I munched on alot of sweets also..Didn't gain any weight which was good..I ordered and received a Richrad Simmons Diet Kit..This is my fourth day on that diet..I am doing good other than not getting enough water into me..I can't seem to motivate myself into drinking that stuff..I drink plenty of diet koolade and diet tea..I don't know if they count towards water or not...I worse time for me when it comes to dieting is night time..I crave food really bad..Richard Simmons says that your hunger pains only last for ten minutes..In the meantime, keep busy doing something, or drink a glass of water..They go away after ten minutes he says...Take care friends..Enjoyed your e-mails..Your new friend..Sherry

Hi Sherry and welcome. I do the foodmover also. I really like it. I can relate to the night time eating. I have to really watch out that I don't binge right before bed! It seems to be true in general, that if you can fight off the cravings for 10-15 minutes, they will usually be gone. For me I have found that I have to be thinking entirely of something else, or in 10 minutes I will still really crave it! LOL What I try to do is start reading a book or coming here to read posts. When it gets really bad I have even set the timer before, telling myself that I will have my "treat" in 15 minutes, then I start reading, and the craving is almost always gone when the timer goes off. Sometimes I even have to think why I set it in the first place.

I am going to start a new updates thread, since this one is so long. Hope to see you there

Nicole
