I'm in. 1900 calories, at least 20 minutes exercise, at least 30 oz. water.

I only got 4s about 9 or 10 days last month, so although of course I'd like to be perfect every day, my goal is to shoot for 20 4-star days.

I used to do this, once upon a time. Maybe trying again is just what I need to reach my goal for the month.

Wendie Plan in calories (1450 average), 64 oz. water, at least 30 min. of exercise.

I haven't done one of these in a long time. I've been maintaining while training for my race, but that's over as of today, so I'm back to losing weight this month!

Food: 26 points (22 on days I don't exercise)
Exercise: at least 30 min cardio, at least 5 days a week
Water: at least 48 ounces a day
