I just joined SP last week, looks a little overwhelming, but really helpful. I plan to use both this forum and their tools together. Hopefully that will help me to keep my motivation and double my chances of success.

That's what I do Hoji--use their tools and use 3FC's boards. I do browse the boards there, but really only post on one board (for ballroom dancers).

I use SP to track food, for the recipes analyzer, and for the great articles/emails on nutrition. BUT the boards and community here are SO much better! I do love the SP reports and that I can track calories burned, etc. And yes, you can arrange your food into "food groupings" so if you always eat a certain cereal with almond milk and fruit, you can just add the whole thing at once.
