I actually do feel satisfied with what I'm eating now. Believe me, there were many "diets" that I didn't. But for me, I think having a protein shake in the morning and getting a lot of protein in every day (about 90 to 100 g) really has helped me keep full and content.

Like you, I never really knew when I was full until I was REALLY full. I'm still trying to learn my body's signals at being "content" now. Okay, so it took almost 40 years for me to get here, but better late than never, right>

Drink water when you're thirsty. Your body will tell you when you need more. The "8 - 8 oz glasses of water a day" requirement is not supported by research.
