Thank you, thank you... My biggest problem is fitting my head in the car!

And, just so I don't totally hijack the thread - interesting info, Joni. I really dislike grapefruit, but hey... anything that helps a loss.....

LOL!! Love the new hairdo Kim!!

Joni - I've also always eaten my grapefruit with a spoon. Must be a southern thing, like you say. Don't think I like it enough to eat it 3 or 4 times a day, though.

Wow Joni, that's great info you found! I guess I may have to deal with eating the membrane in an attempt to lose some more poundage.

STOP SAYING THE M WORD. I swear I read that word and then look down at this peeled grapefruit sitting on my desk and I think it's actually pulsating now. Oh I'm feeling queezy, someone call a paramedic. (or a grapefruit exorcist)

Okay...we've started a trend here. One person says you can lose some weight by eating grapefruit membrane, and we all jump on the band wagon...Guess what I'm eating?...Yep, a peeled grapefruit!!! Pretty yummy, too.

Tina - that is funny how the power of the internet can take us over...
blink blink blink (that's what I kept doing on Wendy's behalf)
Jillian - I'm loving the grapefruit too.

I completed my 2 day grapefruit (vs oranges or juice) Fast Forward (I don't do Lites, so it was pretty much grapefruit, lettuce, cucumbers, celery and lean protein for two days). My loss was 3.5. I'm good with that, especially since TOM is due any day.

i completed my 2 day grapefruit TO and lost 5lbs! however, i did gain 5lbs (water weight mostly) over the weekend due to not-so POP food/drink choices. so, i'm happy that i'm back to where i was on saturday! yay!
