In my car CD player is Sugarland, but on my ipod I seem to enjoy music that takes me back a little. Ok - I am gonna show my age here - before anyone asks I am 28.

New Kids on the Block
Paula Abdual
Salt N Peppa
Debbie Gibson
Michael Jackson
Tiffany
Guns N' Roses
Bon Jovi

I don't know why, but that music seems to take me back to a time that was simple and it really gets my butt up and moving when I am on that treadmill.

I've got Beck, Massive Attack, radiohead and explosions in the sky. I'm too young to listen to country music (kidding).

Eddie Rabbitt's greatest hits
Tesla greatest hits (not named that, but that's what it is)

I have a rotation at work that's too much to go into!

I rarely listen to my cds anymore, so I'll do the latest 10 on iTunes:

1) Righteous Brothers - You've Lost That Loving Feeling
2) Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication
3) Tom Petty - You Don't Know How It Feels
4) Pat Green - Wave on Wave
5) Dierks Bentley - Settle For A Slowdown
6) Freddy Fender - Tell It Like It Is
7) Type O Negative - Black #1
8) Korn - Coming Undone
9) Roseanne Cash - I Don't Know Why You Don't Want Me
10) Staind - Excess Baggage

I listen to almost anything really. I don't listen to a lot of rap, and I don't listen to a lot of emo/screamo. Anything else is fair game.

10 most recently played songs:

U2 - Out of Control
Dave Matthews - Solsbury Hill*
Ben Folds Five - Kate
Big Country - In a Big Country
The Band - Up on Cripple Creek
The Cure - Friday I'm in Love
B-52s - Love Shack
Blondie - Call Me
Beck - Devil's Haircut
Queen - I Want to Break Free

* yes, I know it's a cover. I like the live energy of the Bonnaroo recording.

At the moment it's the soundtrack from "Mad Hot Ballroom." I also tend to love 60s, 70s and 80s stuff. The disco/party music from the 70s & 80s really motivates me to shake my booty. But that's what it was made for. Although...I did a pretty mean Jagger imitation the other night to "Jumpin' Jack Flash." No wonder Mick's so skinny. From today's songs (of which I know very little), I really like "Crazy" (Gnarls Barkley) and Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie."

In my 1 cd player in the car I have the 2007 Grammy nominees. It's really good.

I love the 70's and 80's though.
