Well since several of you have been crawling out of the woodwork i figured I might as well too!! I have been getting things ready to get serious about this weight. Three main reasons I not only want to but HAVE to lose this weight: tired all the time, my knees are starting to hurt occasionally, and my cothes are getting tight.

Yeah I know who knew right.
I start my student teaching January 16th and I will be able to take my lunch with me so it will be much easier to eat right!!
I have challenged the boyfriend to join me in a healthier year. One of my goals is to get back here! You guys are a great support and I think I was doing better when I was here daily. Sooooo you shall be seeing a lot more of me. I think I will get started somewhat tomorrow but im not at home so I dont have complete control over what food is being fixed. Now I am off to see if I can find the take off plan that we use when we first start so that I can start that on Tuesday.
