Hey guys,
Is it me or has this thread been a little slow lately?
Gaaah, I'm a little frustrated. I've lost only 1/2 lb in the past 2 weeks. I lowered my cals last Monday (from about 1650 to 1400), so I hope that'll help. Besides, 2 weeks without a loss probably means my body is ready to let go of some weight. At least that's what I hope.
In other news, I'm thinking maybe I should buy a treadmill. The only exercise I've ever been able to stick to is walking, but my walks are too susceptible to weather conditions and to my schedule. Take today, for instance. I'll be free after about 5:30 or 6, and it'll be dark by then, so no exercise. If I had a treadmill, I could exercise at home. But then I used to have one, and I hated it! So I'm torn. It's so much nicer to walk in the street. Sigh...


You must be so proud of your loss so far-and 5 pounds in one month!! That's a WHOLE bag of sugar you left behind!!! LOL. Keep up the good work. I've been trying very hard to eat more protein these past few days. I haven't been eating enough-I miss my dear cat Layla so much. Still praying for a miracle that she will return.
