Fluffefei -- great willpower on the popcorn! That was my biggest worry when I went to the movies with my snackhappy family over Tgiving. I took along a Peanut Butter Bar (cut up into 6 pieces and put in a ziploc) and munched on that … and was satisfied (and proud of myself)!

Ruth Ann and other vets -- thanks for looking out for us Novemberites. Not sure how you do it with all the other responsibilities on your plate, but we sure do appreciate the guidance.
It has been 4 weeks for me now, and yesterday's WI had me down 4 (the Calm must've worked). Can't believe how much easier things are fitting already, and I'm really looking forward to getting dressed up for a holiday party tonight. Eating properly is going to be a challenge, so I'm thinking of actually getting in a big salad before I go. And popping a bar into my clutch just in case. Even though my overall loss numbers don't seem very impressive right now, the change in inches and back fat and muffin top fat are very welcome. And I am determined to stay OP so I feel even better about things when we head to warmer climates for Christmas
