Way to go you guys!!
I'm having a rough time of it.. I think I need to adjust my calories... I don't think I'm eating enough. Need to get better about the cardio too... doing strength training 3 days a week though. Frustrated.
That is a huge accomplishment.

Then agian... I really should get at least a semi decent scale.
No sugar, flour or eggs and oh so tastey (at least I think so
).
I'm lucky if I can get them all in one day a week. But, just knowing the number I'm shooting for helps keep me drinking. I only count straight water and when I do accomplish it, it really keeps me full.
