Went to nursing school when I was in my 30's. Had a full-time job, 4 small children,etc. It can be done. You have to really want it.

I went back in my 40's, full time job and family. Not easy, but oh so rewarding

Ate the IP Chili for lunch today and it was so good! I know it is restricted but still yummy! I will get another one next week at my weigh-in.

Cant believe i have to go to work on such a beautiful day! Just got back from the beach with my DH and my baby girl..She went wading in the water today, it was so nice..We have been lucky to have a few nice days off for my weekend..

Also WAYWARD..yes..my hunny is skinny..very skinny..in fact..he is one of those guys who cant seem to gain weight at all..he's tried everything short of eating ice cream 24/7 His whole family is like that though, so its not suprising..it seems like my daughter is being graced with his genes cause she is only 1 year and a month and only 20 pounds...

I just ate it plain in a cup. It would be great with some miracle noodles.

Port - my youngest was something like 22 pounds at 5 months and he's slowed down since then, but at 12 months was 25 or 26 lol. I have me some chubbbbbbbbbby babies! He has been in 18 month clothes since Christmas!

Anyway, I was thinking that you might benefit from the Beck Diet Solution. I think it could teach you some valuable tools to retrain your emotional eating. It is a behavioral therapy approach relating to food. I have heard amazing things about it and, doing it while you are doing IP, could be doubly empowering and help ensure you have all the tools in your arsenal you need to easily maintain once you hit goal!! Just a thought =)

Good afternoon..well..today is not going as planned..im having a really hard time re-starting the program after cheating yesterday...i need some help here somehow..cause..ive been able to cheat before and get back on board..but for some reason its harder this time..but i dont know why?? im craving really salty things right now..and really greasy things..and i dont know why?? usually its carbs i crave..but nope..its the salt this time!

and pickles arent going to cut it.. i need the salt ..not the sour and salt.
