  • Lyn--- that is AWESOME!!! BYE BYE!!!

Cheryl, I feel you-- I'm always the one dogging behind as well.

193 again today (which I'm pretty sure translates to 191.5 on my home scale.)

Feeling smaller, and I'm in the throes of TOM and probably will whoosh next week.
  • Bye Lyn!

Cheryly - I was hovering right around 196 for a while, but I knew if I kept going I would see some movement. Try not to be too discouraged.

Uber - I love it when I feel smaller! I am sure your scale(s) will catch up soon.
  • 192.7

"Like a .Rubber Ball. I'll come bouncing back to you!" (If you don't recognize the line, you're a lot younger than me!
  • Still not my home scale, but 192 this morning. I know this scale weighs about a pound or two heavier than my home scale. Am hoping that when I get home, I'll be in the 180s. I've been bouncing a pound or two above my low of 190.8 for almost two weeks. Yikes!
  • 191.5. Beginning to make sure my passport is in order for new territory!
  • 192.6 - very happy to see the downward movement continue.

Rosinante and Uber You will be in the 180's any day now!!!
  • 192 on my mom's blasted scale.

Went out to dinner last night where I ordered a green salad and cedar planked salmon.... It came SWIMMING in butter and I woke up with a HORRIBLE stomachache-- I'm not used to eating fatty stuff.

I was ok on cals because saved almost all of my daily cals for dinner. Scale WON'T budge and I'm getting frustrated.

But I am feeling littler-- I think if I can ever get home and get back on my regular eating pattern I'll see a whoosh.
  • Holding at 191.5

Ubergirl: I bet when you get home to your own scale, you'll find you left us days ago!
  • Oh man-- getting depressed. I've been here longer than anyone!
  • 190.8
I can see the scenery across the border!

Uber - get home to your own scales! I bet you're across the border already.
  • Rosinante-- you are doing AMAZING!!! I HOPE you're right about my home scale... but I'm at my mom's and I know that it's accurate and pretty close to my scale-- not even two pounds heavier.

Hellish week-- I've been eating meals out and skipping meals to try to save calories. But I have been careful and good and have managed to stay within my calories every day.... it's just frustrating. For the past month the scale has not moved a jot...

    NEED.TO.BE. PATIENT.
  • Uber - I am sorry you are feeling so stuck. I am betting on your home scale you are in the 180's too. I am wondering if all of the eating out is upping your sodium and you you are holding on to some or a lot of water weight. Try not to get to bummed about it until you get home to your own scale and regular routine and your body has a chance to readjust.

Rosinante - I am starting to get my passport in order too.

    190.6
  • 190.3

It looks like it's going to be gram by gram to 180dom!
  • Rosinante, compared to me you are flying.
Envelope, you are practically out of here.
Uber, if you are like me, traveling has probably added a little water weight. You will whoose when you get home!

Looking up my weight loss for the year was a little depressing. I have to remind myself that I am steady if slow. I lost most of my weight the first year and now it looks like I need to be content with slow loss.

I dipped my toe in the 180s. Sunday my weight was 189 but was 190 today. My scale does not show decimals. I want to get a new scale but would be really depressed if a new one gave me 10 more pounds! Tomorrow if I get 189 or 190, I will claim it and change my ticker.
  • I am at 190 today. We will ALL be in the 180s very very soon!
