Woo Hoo! Congrats!I just got one 2 days ago, and this morning and yesterday, I lost a pound each morning! So 2 pounds in 2 days! YEA!
All I can say is having the info right in front of me is SO helping me. I used to *think* I was keeping track of calories in and out (I was only mentally doing this in my head mind you), but I was WAY off in my assumptions! No more guessing anymore and wondering why I'm not progressing as I thought I should be. It's been SO eye opening, even though it's been only 2 days, I'm loving it!!
And you're right, it's keeping me WAY focused.
It's like having a little voice on my arm pushing me to do more.



I love the idea of keep tabs with a friend, keeps you motivated!
