So much great information on this thread! Thanks to everyone for sharing their tips!

As for the new plan, I really like it. I was a "restart" in July and my weight didn't budge all month. Since they changed me to the new plan and after the 2 days of TO, I have lost weight at every weigh in. The plan is very easy- even the four week express- and I find it more satisfying.

I am on Red 1 w/o lites. Can anyone tell me what new plan (numbered) that would translate to? I can't go in to the COD until saturday and I am dying to know what my new plan will be. I read this thread from beginning to end and didn't see it.

It's like my new mantra is "God give me patience, and I want it RIGHT NOW".

Thanks
Roberta

I would guess plan 4, but it really depends. I was on purple with lites and my aunt was on red w/lites, and we were both put on plan 3. So I think it depends where you are on the plan, how far until you would move down to next plan, etc... sorry I can't be more help. Maybe someone else will post some more info.

Thanks Kathryn. I was thinking 4 from what everyone else was posting, and I guess I will have to wait until Saturday to be sure.

Default Feel Full Plan, total frustration!!

I also was switched to the feel full plan without any warning whatsoever. The counselor I got on the day they switched me was probably the worst counselor in my whole center. When I questioned her about any part of it her standard answer was "because they say it works better". I almost had a panic attack in her office and she really didn't respond at all.

On the color plans (I started at red and moved down to blue) I had lost 22# in just over 2.5 months. Things were going great. I NEVER cheated, which for me was a huge accomplishment. I was feeling good about myself and my success.

Then this is sprung on me and let me tell you...IT IS NOT WORKING!!! In 2 weeks I have lost a whopping total of .8 pounds! My worst weight loss to date with LAWL. Not only are you getting MORE starches, each starch is now 2X what it was before, i.e., previously 1/2 whole wheat english muffin was 1 starch, now a whole muffin is 1 starch.

I have been very disgusted with this plan AND the way my center has handled my concerns. I have a friend who was kicked out of LAWL for not buying her 2 boxes of bars every week. She was still following her blue plan and in the time I have lost .8 pounds, she has lost 6.5 pounds!! You tell me which plan is working!

I am at a loss for what to do next. Part of me wants to just go off on my own like my friend did. Part of me wants to be beligerent next time I go in and demand to receive my counseling based on the plan I signed up with, the color coded one.

I guess I resent the fact that they switch you right in the middle, especially when things had been going so well.

I'm glad I found this board. Thanks for listening!

I'm starting to feel like I'm in the only center that hasn't changed to the numbered plan (I've been waiting). According to the manager, she knows nothing. I'm outside of Philadelphia. Is everyone going to be changed over, or are we the only ones who aren't? Does anyone know anything about this?

I am also from around Philly area -- our centers are just changing their names to "Pure" and will be using the colored plans.

I am in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Our CODs were franchise, but were recently bought back and are now corporate and are called "Pure" now. We were switched from the color plans to the Feel Full plans, but now that we are corporately owned, we have been told we'll be switching back to the color plans (yeah!) - I have heard that the Feel Full plans were only in effect in the franchised stores; corporate never switched from the color plans. Hope this helps!

I've been on the new diet for one month now,it is a great change from the other plans, give it a try,you will relly like it. Your weight will slow down for about two weeks, and then you start to loose again. It's really nice. Also I found the new cookbook on Ebay-Lots of great new
recipes. Good Luck I Know you will do good. It's wonderful to have the extra food and to lose weight also.

Naomi....I just gathered up all of this info yesterday You would be on plan 2 which includes 2 1/2 P, 3V, 2F, 3S, 2D, 2FA, 2L. The biggest difference in portion sizes is the protein, which is now either 3 or 4 oz, depending on the type of meat. If you need more detail, you can PM me your email address and I can send you more info Hope this helps
