I'm a bit down today as I'm up a pound since last Friday
I was soooo close to Onederland last week, but sometimes it seems so to take for ever to get there!
Anyhoo, I'll just have to cut back a bit - I've gradually been increasing cals (I use Nutridiary to keep track) and I've gone from an average of 1450 to 1500 per day over the past couple of weeks. I don't want to go too low, though, as I'm afraid of totally stalling out and slowing my metabolism.
Now might be a good time to start upping my exercise. I work out 3x a week at Curves, but I think I might start walking again too. I can't walk very far because of a bad foot, but I'll do what I can.
This is my "danger time" to start gaining - the beginning of cooler, darker days and the holiday season - so I'll have to watch my carb cravings.
