  • Stayed the same this week which Im actually quite pleased about coz I had my usual pre-menstrual chocolate binge! There were chunky kitkats, there was ben & jerrys, it was bad but so gooooooood! Usually I m the same as a lot of u have said, chocolate doesnt bother me that much, more of a crisp person, but always want chocolate just before I come on! Hopefully this week will be better coz Im starting back at aerobics & HOPEFULYY goin jogging with my housem8s 2!
  • Sounds good Ces being fitter is better than thinner (you'll be that as well prob anyway) I was staring at choc and crisps yesterday but wine is my treat so I sticked to that.
  • Well done Veggie you are a star and to everyone else stick with it.
  • gained 1.5lbs Am not going to dwell on it. Next week I will lose it all again and the week after that a bit more. Slowly slowly will win this race.
