Good Morning. 278 this morning. I started on New Years Day with intentions to have a big drop the first week, which is usually what always happens, but I found out very quickly that wasn't going to happen.

Food has such a strong hold on me.. But, I'm not giving up and this morning the desire to lose is strong and I'm determined to have a good day and go from there. Week one is behind me and I'm 2 pounds less than I was on Jan 1st. I'm happy with that!

It won't be long and we can move out of this thread and on to the next. Let's do this!
