Welcome back schenectady!
Reboot is still going very well - so glad I finally got back on the horse - yesterday I put on a skirt that I had bought on consignment, it was tagged as a size 12 but it's cut more like an 8/10 so I couldn't wear it. Tried it on yesterday morning, it's a bit snug but still wearable!

The new sheet says a full serving of protein would be 6 eggs (2-4 whole eggs and remainder egg whites). If I do the calculations right it would be 3.75 eggs to substitute for the remaining protein. So 2 eggs and 2 egg whites should do it? Right?
I did some nutritional calculations, you could either do 2 egg/2 white or 1 egg/3 white...what will change most is the total calories and the fat content.
3oz cooked steak (about 4 oz raw), plus 2 egg and 2 egg whites came out around 315 calories, 44g protein and 14g fat.
3 oz cooked steak, plus 1 egg and 3 egg whites totaled about 260 calories, 42g protein and 4g fat.
