
I had been pretty bloated last week, though maintaining, and had another mild IBS attack on Saturday + a cold, which meant eating more carbs. Boo boo 


I had a bad eating day on Sunday, as I was extremely down and moody (food was a last resource, at least, which makes me happy), yesterday I spent 15 hours outside my house (and no carrot sticks for me to snack on) and my TOM is close, which means I am very bloated 
Now to wait 5 months till being able to use it in December :P
to all my follow Americans!!! So as for my final weigh-in for this challenge I started at 286.6 and I lost 27.6lbs but was 9lbs over my goal of 250 ending at 259.0
Got a bit of weight back because of bad eating + TOM, but I still lost more than 8 kilos
Time for the next challenge!
