Monday was a good BFC day. I stay on plan and so wanted some pie, BUT I did not give in.
I am so pleased with myself. I ate some yogart instead.Not totally the best choice, but better than pie. I also got in a 30 minute walk.
Ok this morning I have had my BFC breakfast and I am getting ready for work. Tuesdays are hard because by the time I get to eat, I am starving.
I am taking a good healthy snack with me to make it through. Well, have a great day.
