  • Oops, I forgot to post on Monday, but I did weigh myself. I'm up a little, but Spring is finally here and I can't wait to get outside and walk off some of this weight!

    Weekend got me again. Still not a gain I guess. I need to work on reducing, or just eliminating my chocolate intake and increasing my exercise!

    This is good, finally going the right way again. Still not past the dreaded 186 (why can't I get below 186!?) but hopefully next week I'll see the back of it.
