  • [QUOTE=Roadqueen;3174388]Hello All, I don't post often, but I've been keeping up reading about everyone.

I'm finally below my goal weight. I'm starting week three of stabilization and feeling great. I have to say, even though I'm adding some things back on the menu I still feel like I'm OP. Maybe I'll be OP for life....who knows! Anyway this program works.

WAHOO ROADQUEEN!!! Way to go .... you are an inspiration!
  • Thank you Deb and Keiko. I feel that the information and support on this site helped me succeed. Hey I just realized I've lost the same number if inches that I am tall. 66.5" lost. Woo hoo.

Deb that is great to hear! Please keep me up to date on how your stabilization then maintenence is. I always wonder what should be expected from stab/maint & what @ the end of the whole process is incorporated back into your diet.

66.5 inches lost!!!!!!! You've lost more inches than I am tall! Keep up the good work.
  • Quote: Karla - glad to hear the update. Don't worry so much about being OP right now...your concern should be with healing your body. Don't use it as an excuse to go crazy, but don't stress too much about your food. If you find something you can keep down...keep it down and worry about being OP later.

I had my WI yesterday and finally...after almost 4mo on plan...hit my first plateau...or so my consulatant said. I think the no loss this week has more to do with my food choices than a plateau, but whatever. We slid on the ice this week and wrecked our car...we were on our way to a date (had just dropped the little one off) and slid into a guardrail and then into a curb a little later. Not hurt, but our car wasn't drivable. So...no date...but we were starving, so we had Chinese. We were starving by that time and the buffet sounded good. I didn't overdo, but I wasn't gonna worry about being OP either. Oh well. On to next week.
Wow sorry I'm a lil slow catching up with this forum..but Im glad you guys are safe, that sounds soo scary! I havent ever driven on ice but i have slid on water on the road before..its an awful feeling!
  • Bunny - we're good and should get our car back on Wednesday or Thursday with only $3500 of new parts on it...Thank GOD for insurance!!
