Good Monday morning, Hope everyone had a good weekend. I tried to get on here Saturday, but could not find our site from the 3fat chicks home page. I copies the url and will try maybe tonight.
Did not have a good weekend of eating. Yesterday we went for Italian for my DD's birthday. I had tortaliini (sp) in pesto sauce, not too bad, but the bread, oil. etc. I took cupcakes from Gigi's (only 3 of them) and I tried a bit from each. So back on track today
Breakfast was one egg and cottage cheese. I have yogurt and strawberries and blueberries for a snack. Luck is going to be a pbj (all fruit) with baked lays and a clementine. Dinner will be hamburgers with spinach and navy beans.
Toni, yes we got your snow. We got 3-4". I cancelled my hair appt and around 10:00 DH & I ventured to Wal-Mart and then to a new super Target. He loves to be out in it. Your eating sounds right on track. I am so proud of you. Rub off on me will ya?
Chris, how do you like the wii fit? I just bought my DD a wii for her birthday. She wants to get the wii fit so she can do it at home. I just hope she does. I was thinking of getting one myself.
Crystle, I know how your DH feels about the muscle tone. It seems to slip away quickly when you aren't exercising. Hope he is improving. Good idea having one day free for DH and you too. At least you got right back on track. I don't think it should effect the scale.
Tech, I can't watch those kind of shows. I cry to hard and then I can't stop thinking about it, like it's real life or something. Your kids are at "that" age now where their social life is taking off and your is dying off. Enjoy it, before long they will be driving and off they go.
Ellen, hope the party went well. I know the cake was wonderful.
Better get busy here. We have a presentation on Wed and I have lots to do for it. Have a great OP day
