3 advils, one chicken breast, and a cup of green beans and my headache is GONE. OMG, please tell me this ends soon!!!! I'm having major will power. Today I resisted popcorn (my grade level popped a bag of movie theater pop corn.), I pulled my chair back and watched them all eat it!!! I resisted m&m's in the office....just walked past them. Tomorrow will be the big test, Fat Friday. I hate it, it's sooo much unhealthy food. Tomorrow I'm thinking of not even going into the teacher's lounge.

) cals. daily, without committing to the whole MF program. Staying even relatively low carb has always been impossible for me, although the few times I've done it previously, I've lost 10-15 lbs in 3 wks or so, before throwing in the towel & IMMEDIATELY regaining weight
. I understand that Medifast has a transitional program after you reach your goal weight, but isn't there a big chance that you'll quickly regain much of your lost weight after you start eating a few more carbs?
