That said, I don't understand why I was so sluggish today. I jogged veeerrry slowly and had no energy or enthusiasm - one of the dogs was the same.
I've been very good since though, and have still managed to lose my 2lb for this week. I'm glad that I've managed to keep myself on track, but I have had a lot more cravings this weekend than normal. I don't know whether it is psychological, due to the diet coke I had, or maybe the fatty foods.
