Caro, I hear you on rather keeping the soda. I have done a 21 day no soda challenge, and for the most part don't drink it. But, there are some times when I just feel the need to be "bad" and splurge on something, and I would much rather it be a soda, than a bag of something

. I do drink diet though. Was raised on Tab and Fresca. I also agree with you on the importance of this site. I don't know what I would do without it.

Red - yes, I finished my menu challenge. I have now upgraded to a new one. Just keep plugging away at it.

- all three challenges met. I was at a computer training all day, with a coworker, near where I used to live. We are both trying to watch what we eat, so we had chosen a healthier fast food restaurant. I had even went on line, and figured out what I could safely have. Then, I started craving a restaurant I used to go to. Nothing healthy about this place, and as it was a buffet, no way I would have left there without hating myself in the morning. I managed to make the right decision, and stick with the first choice place.
Well, I think I need to take the hounds out, then get some sleep. Still very sleep deprived from the weekend. Have a great night all
