  • Yesterday I got in 40 minutes of walking at lunchtime.

    Today, I did a 60 minute Leslie Sansone DVD, and a 45 minute stability ball DVD.
  • Yesterday= 30 minute power walk in the morning, 45 minute brisk walk at lunch, and 30 minutes with dumbells on the stability ball at night.

    This morning so far= 40 minutes with Leslie Sansone
  • Yesterday: Jazzercise class
    Today: 1 mile walk at lunchtime
  • Adding to yesterday, 40 minutes brisk walking at lunch time, and 30 minutes lunges, squats and legwork on the stability ball

  • Hi guys! I'm new here, and very happy to have found this community. I am getting back on the healthy eating/exercise wagon after have lost (and regained almost every blasted one of) thirty pounds last year.

    Today, Hubby and I went to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. This evening we took a brisk one-hour walk, with the pace being set by our two Dachshunds. (Don't let those short little legs fool you ... they can REALLY go).

    60 minutes vigorous housework yesterday, and 40 minutes of Walkaerobics this morning so far for me.

    Today's my looooong day so got up at 5 and did half an hour on the elliptical at the gym; swam 20 laps this evening.

  • I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I only started adding exercise into my routine this week, but I am happy with what I did.

  • Monday & Tuesday
    I didn't update then, but I ran outdoors on Monday for 41 minutes.

    Yesterday I did 31 minutes of weight training.

    I'm doing much better and feeling much better!

    today gave me a bit of an unplanned day off, but I still have an extra day to make up for it.

  • Today I did 35 minutes of exercise ... kickboxing, weight training for legs, and abwork!
