    1/03: 149.4 lbs - Puff has left the building!
    1/04: 150.0 lbs - Urgh!

    1/06: 149.2 lbs - expected after last night's pub grub & AF
    1/07: 150.0 lbs - expected, AF
    1/08: 150.4 lbs - expected, AF
    1/09: 149.8 lbs - water has started to go, AF (she should leave tomorrow!)

    1/11: 150.4 lbs - back on the wagon today
    1/12: 149.0 lbs - there we go
    1/13: 148.4 lbs - (-2.6) halfway there
    1/14: 149.0 lbs - ??? I guess I should've skipped the carb-rich snack last night.
    1/15: 147.2 lbs - (-3.8) Woot! Woot!
    1/16: 147.2 lbs - 2 days in a row
    1/17: 148.8 lbs - expected after last night's pub grub
    1/18: I weighed, but can't remember what is was, It was higher than yesterday though
    1/19: 149.8 lbs - something is out of whack
    1/20: 148.8 lbs - getting back to feeling "normal"
    1/21: 148.2 lbs - still a pound up from this month's low
    1/22: 148.2 lbs
    1/23: 148.2 lbs - not bad after take out pizza last night
    1/24: DNW - slept in as well
    1/25: 148.2 lbs - I am stuck More exercise needed
    1/26: 147.0 lbs - a new low (-4.0 lbs)
    1/27: 147.2 lbs - not bad at all after pub grub last night!
    1/28: 147.0 lbs - I need to lose one pound by Sunday and AF is due to arrive on that day! I don't think its going to happen unless I get an unexpected whoosh
    1/29: 146.6 lbs - Feeling positive!!
  • Thank you Jaqui for asking...I have not been on for a while because my low carb diet was aggravating my heart condition. I am still struggling to find a way to make a healthy plan that will help me lose weight and also keep my heart happy (I guess it loves those carbs a little too much!). I also had to give up my normal workouts because they were also an issue but I am still walking and hopeful that the tweaks that I have to make will still result in a plan for weight loss if even at a much slower rate. This was all brought to my attention the day after I announced daily weigh-ins so I have yet to begin those. Trying not to let it all discourage me though, just another bump in the road but I don't plan on taking a detour just going to push myself over that bump.

    I hope you all had an amazing month...2 more days to weigh in for final results so I am sending you all positive energy!

  • I went out to eat last night with my mom and soon to be mother-in-law after dress shopping. So it's not unexpected for my weight to have jumped.

    Exciting news, one month from today is wedding #1!! Because of few different things and for practical reasons we needed to bump up the actual marriage so we're doing a small courthouse wedding on February 29th (Leap year day!!). We're still having our bigger wedding for extended family in July so that means 2 weddings.
