homemade yoghurt is only 4 carbs per cup as I remember - made from whole milk but you can make it from half and half or cream I think too which would be super creamy. Could it be the other stuff making you crave instead of that? Worth googling to be sure if you really love it. I used to make it and put a spoon of ground flax in it and occasionally a squirt of DaVinci syrup ... May have to make some again...
