  • How's everyone doing so far? I know we just weighed in 5 days ago..but that means we are 11 days closer to the next weigh-in! Remember not fret to much if there isn't a loss..maintaining is key during the holidays!
  • I've lost 7 lbs since Nov 30th, but it's been by the skin of my teeth. I've been eating a little (or a lotta) too much and not exercising enough. After 2 months without sugar I raised the beast again in the last 2 weeks and am now back on detox... again. *sigh* Oh well, live and learn. I can't keep on plan when I'm eating sugar... that's a fact I'll have to live with. :/ On the bright side, I do think I'll be able to make my goal of a new decade this month, I only have 3 lbs to go!

    Sugar is also my weakness! Only 3 pounds and you're in the 230's!!! That's awesome!! You can totally do it! Hopefully I won't be too far behind ya! can't wait!!!
  • My weight is also moving in the wrong direction...but it's a little bit of TOM and not working out, I'm putting a stop to it now so that I can see some results on my January 1st weigh-in

    I've also decided to do some shape training and hard-core lifting in 2011 to get the body I want, not just lose weight, but tone as I go so that when I reach goal I won't have as much saggy skin. So my loses aren't going to be significant at all, but my shape will be changing and I really want to be healthy and curvy (with a little junk in the trunk)
  • Muffen, Fit4lyfe, Mine is headed the wrong way too. In just the last 3 days it appears I have gained back my 4lbs. I definitely have some work to do! I am NOT however, going to quit. I hurt my foot so can't really do any running/serious walking for about a week, but I am getting back on track with Counting. I just want to stop the progression and see if I can get to the new year on track.

  • I cannot wait until the holidays are OVER! I am so ready for all of these cookies and cakes to quit popping up in my office! I'm fighting temptation but it's not easy...the holidays are definately sabatoge to the first degree!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!

    On a lighter note! Weighed in at 245.8 today! That's a couple pounds lost since the 15th! Jan 1st is right around the corner! I wish I could magically fast forward to the future and pull up the spreadsheet and see how great we all did! So far our results have been outstanding and i have a feeling we are goin to make our goals!!!! This is so exciting! The Walmart here is already selling swimsuits...I've been telling everyone I know that I'm doing a summer challenge and June 1st is our goal date! After this challenge is up I think we should do another one..lol..I love this thread!

    I agree! After the bikini challenge it'll be time for a Christmas Challenge!
  • Down to 230 even this a.m. Yesterday was the first day in ages I really worked my plan in weeks. Yeah. Stress has not been my friend and my resolve weakened. It's coming back though and I can't wait to see what's going to happen going into the new year.
  • I'm redoing my sugar detox. I was off sugar from October 1st until about 2 weeks ago. I can't believe how hard detoxing is this time around! It's easier than it was at the beginning of Oct (that took over 2 weeks), but this is still a drag. Now I know why I shouldn't eat sugar. I'm like a heroin addict: I can't just have a little bit. I have a little bit and I want more more MORE!!
  • How is everyone doing? Christmas really hurt and the scale is showing it! BUT I chose it so no complaining back to c25k again today! Just checking on everyone! Weigh-in is just around the corner
  • I'm down about 4 pounds since last weigh in. I'm knocking at the door of the 140s and I can't WAIT to get there. Man. It's such a huge thing to get to go down a big slot on a medical scale. Going from 200 to 150 was a big one, but going from 150 to 100 will be the penultimate.
