  • Have not been feeling so well and had no real energy to come on and post, but I think I am back in the swing of things. I have had time to do small walks every day. My husband and kids have been great to not let me give up. So I am adding a total of 80 min.

    Personal goal - 480/500 ( I plan on meeting it today)
    Group Total - 80 + 10,788 = 10,868
  • About to travel to the parents' house for Christmas, so will post again in a few days, but for now, I did 20 more minutes of walking.

    Group Total: 10,868 + 20 min. = 10,888
  • Went for a brisk walk down here (visiting my sister in Va Beach)--no hills down in this area, but I tried to keep up a pretty good pace.


    Personal: 690/700

    Group Total: 30 + 10,888 = 10,918
  • I've had spotty internet access the past few days, so I'm posting a whole week's worth at once -- I did a 30 minute walk Monday through Friday, so adding 150 minutes!

    Group total: 150 + 10,918 = 11,068
  • I'm adding 145 min. 20 min from walking around Boston on Friday. 35 min on the exercise bike on Saturday. I also walked 8-10 MILES on Saturday, but am only counting the "aerobic" minutes -- which is 91!!!

    Group total ~ 11,068 + 145 = 11,213 min
  • 60 minutes for me over the last few days.

    Group 11,213 + 60 = 11,273
  • Went for another walk in Va Beach on Christmas Eve, which already brings me over my monthly goal, and I've still got a few more days to go!

    Personal: 720/700 (and to think last month I just barely broke my goal of 600)

    I got in 25 min yesterday...

    Group total ~ 11,303 + 25 = 11,328 min
  • 30 min., again with Jennifer Galardi.

    11,328 + 30 = 11,358 min.
  • 60 min weight lifting at the gym!

    Group total ~ 11,358 + 60 = 11,418 min

  • 14 minutes today. It's been hard to get time in while here at my mom's, but even if I don't reach my goal this month I'll get closer than I have yet. I feel like *trying* to meet a goal each month has really helped me develop a habit... when I don't exercise, I notice it, and when I do, I feel better. So I feel like 2006 was a good year for exercise for me--and 2007 is going to be even better.

  • Got up and did my early-morning (borderline late-night ) WATP DVD.
