No problem, I am type E, I really dont go out anymore much, but when I have to I eat at Wendys and have a half of a baked potatoe with half a small chili and take the rest home for another meal, or I have a salad and barely use any dressing, for my bodytype I do have the option of a steak meal with 1/2 baked potatoe and broccoli and alot of resteraunts offer that option , BUT I notice by not eating out, I am saving ALOT of money and I have even saved enough to fix my power window in my car, and trust me...that was 100% needed

As far as not getting bored with the food goes..I do...BUT the results are so amazing that I dont even care anymore, I am just used to it now and pretty much eat the same thing everyday, I mix it up a little but not much. I used to do the South Beach Diet and it works great too, I mean you can lose weight on it really well and even keep it off, but I just needed a program that was more structured so that I HAD to stick to it and this one makes me stick to it because of the fast results and the way my body changes. Also pre-preperation of my food has kept me on track BIGTIME!! I cook up my protiens in advance and then freeze them and I boil my potatoes about 3 times a week in bulk and I even cook up my mixed veggies every other day so that I am never unprepared, I think if I didnt do all of that , I would fail.
