Mad Sounds like you are really enjoying your trip. DH and I have traveled where we could just stop whenever we wanted rather than planned stop and that is nice sometimes. Have a safe trip home and enjoy.
Carol Sue I guess I could have asked you the name of the book like I usually do. Sorry you didn't sleep good. I didn't want to get up this morning and I went to bed earlier than usual. Just one of those nights. I've got to where I try to get up and call Daddy but I got up too late this morning as I'm sure he went to church this morning. The little church around the block from the residential center does church there on Sundays now.
I am pretty much back to low carb using this low carb high fiber plan that I found online which includes some fruit, grains, veggies, nuts and protein. It is a little different than most low carb plans but it should work. I did that yesterday and last night I got hungry for something and ate the little bit of left over beef roast from the other day with some raw veggies. It was good when I ate it but it made me a little nauseous but I think that is the diet pills. Still felt that way this morning. The nice thing is that by eating more low carb yesterday that my weight was still 212.8 and FBG was 112 this morning. I will stick with low carb. We are having eggs for our main meal today so not sure what I will have for breakfast. Will see how it goes.
I've been taking these pills for half a month now. So maybe they are starting to work. I don't know if I'm doing IF or not. I just eat when I am hungry. Not hungry this morning so far so may not eat until this afternoon when DH and I have our eggs.
