I too am wondering about Premier Protein. I saw it at Costco and it appears that the ingredients are in line with IP. Can someone confirm this?

Someone who uses alternatives regularly can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe 1/2 actually fit the IP profile since they have (I think) 30g of protein which is a little higher than the IP products.

Hi VickiG! Looks like we're getting started on the same day . . . that makes us IP buddies, hee hee. Hope you're having a great first day so far. I'd say it's been easy . . . but it's only noon here in Cali

Hi Ruth Ann! I'm new but I remember reading that somewhere. I picked up the Premier Protein at Costco the other day. I just used 1/2 of one with my cafe americano for breakfast. You're right, they're 30 grams of protein.
  • Hi everyone - I am new here. Lost 10 lbs since Jan on my own. Started Wonder Slim core protocol last week. My weigh in was today and I am down 2.5 lbs. That feels great! Glad to see all the inspiration on this thread! I have a question - how do you do all of the cool emoticons and weight ruler? I want to put some flair on my posts :-).

Job Jean! Now that is what you call instant motivation right there!

I see that many IPers are using Premier as an alternative for the IP shakes. The differences are the IP shakes are 8 oz and the Premier's are 11 oz. So because there are 3 oz more per container, the Premier has 60 more calories and 15 more grams of Protein than the 8 oz container of the IP. 1 less gram of fat though so that is a good thing...

An IP packet has approximately 15 g protein

Thanks for the wave, Linda! Going great so far. Trying to read through the tips for newbies, especially IP alternatives. I am at an IP clinic, but it would be great to have flavor and definitely product price options. Loving the inspiration from everyone's signatures and victories and I have yet to discover this "Big Mac in a Bowl" that has been popping up everywhere ha! Happy Monday to you and everyone here -- have a fantastic week!
