Congrats, Bears!!!! Now to put a downer on things...WI Wednesday and I didn't lose an ounce. I've hit a bit of a funk right now. I'm not cheating really but I haven't been sticking to IP protocol either. I am trying some different stuff and it obviously ain't working. I've got to pull my sh*t together, get back on the protocol and get to the goal!! The compliments are way up right now so that is making me feel good but I've got to get to 220!! Naked weight this morning was 237 so if I can get below 235 by Monday (regular WI day) I should break into "twothirtyderland"!
